We're excited to announce the arrival of our new website at http://library.playaway.com! To help make the transition to the new site easier, we’ve included a few clarifications about our new website launch.

Our new website is here! So… why did we keep our old site up?
Several of our customers have existing shopping carts on playawaylibrary.com. We are keeping the site live for several weeks to allow our customers to access their carts if needed. By August 2010, playawaylibrary.com will be redirecting to our new website, library.playaway.com.

How do I get started with the new site?
If you have an existing account on playawaylibrary.com, you will receive an email on Monday, June 7 with your login information for our new website. Once you log in, you'll have immediate access to all of our new web features!

If you did not have an account with us before, now is a great time to start! You can go directly to the Login link on the homepage to create a new account. To protect our library customers, we ensure that each new account is authorized to act on behalf of the library with which they are registering, so we kindly ask for 24-48 hours to approve each account.

Which features does your new site have that I can't get on your old site?
Where do we start? The biggest improvement that you'll probably notice is our shopping cart and list management capabilities. You will now have the ability to manage multiple lists and convert those lists to orders.

Additionally, we've added better search capabilities including a Quick Search, Browse, and Advanced Search. Our product pages are more detailed and include icons for new simultaneous releases, audio clips for each title, and linkable product attributes.

Plus, we've simplified our checkout process and you know have the ability to ship one order to multiple addresses.
